Shri. Rahul Parekh is the Chairman of RVP Legacy Group, with over 12 years of experience spanning real estate, education, hospitality, and finance. He brings a multidimensional leadership approach, combining business development, strategic liaison, and legal oversight to drive sustainable growth across diverse verticals.
He plays a key role in business development and market entry, identifying growth opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and formulating entry strategies for real estate developments, educational institutions, hospitality assets, and finance-related services. His ability to translate concepts into executable ventures has been central to the group’s expansion.
He has strong expertise in liaising and stakeholder management, maintaining effective relationships with government authorities, regulators, landowners, investors, and joint-venture partners. He actively supports the acquisition of approvals, statutory clearances, and incentives, ensuring smooth project progression.
In project redevelopment, he successfully led a redevelopment initiative between 2013 and 2015, delivering the project on time and within budget while achieving all statutory milestones, including the Occupancy Certificate. His role included stakeholder alignment, FSI/TDR optimization, and end-to-end regulatory coordination.
He also drives cross-sector integration, aligning real estate development with education infrastructure, hospitality ventures such as resorts and boutique hotels, and financial services including investment structuring and advisory platforms.
Additionally, he oversees legal and NCLT advisory, managing contract drafting, dispute resolution, and compliance with RERA, FEMA, education regulations, and hospitality licensing. He also handles NCLT-related matters involving corporate restructuring and insolvency, providing strategic and compliant solutions to complex challenges.
Shri. Vijay Parekh
Shri. Vijay Parekh is a seasoned real estate leader in India with over 36 years of experience in TDR trading, land acquisition, project development, and regulatory compliance. As a Promoter and Strategic Advisor to RVP Legacy Group, he is recognized for identifying high-potential real estate assets, structuring complex land-pooling and TDR transactions, and leading projects across the complete lifecycle—from concept to delivery.
He brings deep expertise in Transfer of Development Rights (TDR), having successfully negotiated and optimized TDR deals across Mumbai, Pune, and Bengaluru, including FSI enhancement, TDR swaps, and revenue-sharing models. His strong command over land and project acquisition spans both greenfield and brownfield developments, with proven capability in resolving title, zoning, encumbrance, and environmental challenges, while managing joint ventures and consortium partnerships.
He has overseen the development of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, consistently delivering on time and within budget. Known for building and mentoring high-performing teams, he combines strategic growth with a compliance-first approach. His in-depth knowledge of RERA, UDCS, FSI/TDR regulations, environmental norms, and labor laws ensures seamless approvals and 100% regulatory adherence, including building permissions, fire NOCs, and occupancy certificates.

Shri. Paresh Parekh is a highly experienced civil construction and property development specialist with over 32 years of expertise in project feasibility, execution, and joint-venture partnerships across the real estate sector. As Promoter and Strategic Advisor to RVP Legacy Group, he plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering successful real estate developments.
He leads project feasibility and planning, conducting in-depth market analysis, financial modeling, and risk assessments to evaluate development viability while balancing return objectives with regulatory requirements. His structured feasibility approach forms a strong foundation for sustainable and profitable projects.
With extensive hands-on experience in execution management, he oversees site mobilization, contractor coordination, quality and safety compliance, and milestone-driven project monitoring. He has successfully delivered a wide range of developments, including residential towers and mixed-use complexes, consistently meeting timelines and budgetary targets.
A key strength lies in joint-venture structuring and partnerships, where he identifies and negotiates strategic tie-ups with landowners, developers, and investors. He structures JV agreements, shareholding frameworks, and profit-sharing models that align stakeholder interests and mitigate risk. His collaborative approach extends to working closely with architects, engineers, authorities, and financial institutions to secure approvals, funding, and statutory clearances.
